Four teas. One pour.
Brewed separately, blended slowly, finely carbonated and finished under cork. Bright at the start, smoky at the finish.
Gyokuro
Shade-grown Japanese green tea. Silky, deep umami — the backbone of the blend.
Hojicha
Roasted green tea. Warm, toasty depth — the last light of the evening.
Darjeeling
The champagne of teas. Floral lift and a bright muscatel top note.
Oolong
Wuyi rock oolong. Mineral and structured — it gives the pour its long finish.
…and a whisper of chardonnay grape to round it off.
Opened like champagne. Poured like an occasion.
Chill it properly
Two hours in the fridge. Sthé is at its best at 6–8°C.
Ease the cork
Untwist the muselet. Yes, it pops. That’s the point.
Use a proper glass
A white wine glass or coupe — the aroma needs room.
Serve it with food
Sthé loves the table. Long dinners are its natural habitat.
